The Wellnurse focuses on the 4 core tools that you can use to build a self care and resiliency practice to help you feel healthier, more fulfilled, and combat stress in your day to day life and career. Those tools are Body, Mind, Nature, and Purpose.

In this course you’ll learn specific and quick action items and practices you can start to do to change your mindset, stop negative spiraling, and make self-care a priority.
