  • The initial training program is a 4-module, cloud based program that focuses on four primary components: Mind, Body, Nature, and Purpose
  • Each component (Mind, Body, Nature, and Purpose) of the course utilizes videos, resources, and quick practices to help you build better habits, change thought patterns, and equip you with the tools for stress management and a more fulfilling life.
  • Personal coaching, workshops and team challenges are also available

How it works

The Wellnurse focuses on the 4 core tools that you can use to build a self care and resiliency practice to help you feel healthier, more fulfilled, and combat stress in your day to day life and career. Those tools are Body, Mind, Nature, and Purpose.

In this course you’ll learn specific and quick action items and practices you can start to do to change your mindset, stop negative spiraling, and make self-care a priority.
